Php tmpfile

PHP function tmpfile

This function creates a temporary file and with a unique name specifies with w+ (read-write). The file is will be removed when calls fclose() function or when the script ends.

Syntax tmpfile

tmpfile();

Example 1

   $tmp_file = tmpfile();
   fwrite($tmp_file,"Great world");
  
   rewind($tmp_file);
   $content = fread($tmp_file,1024);
   echo $content;
   fclose($tmp_file);
?>
